Sunday watched asian basketball league.
Tuesday failed ZOO test. Had Pole Position event. It was fun.
Wednesday "studied" for Ancient Near East exam. I know I did well on the in-class portion =p. There was a mixer with aKDphi pledges I missed.
Thursday was Taiko Olympics: Soccer. It was my event and it was a success although I didn't do much. I had fun and from what I heard the others did, too.
Friday just had class and stuff. We volunteered at YMCA. We stuffed Easter eggs with candy. Afterwards, I hung out with Tiep and his friends. Long was there, too. We had good steak and stuff. He also cut my hair. He took me to The Commons afterwards to hang out with Phi Dee girls. We played Taboo. The guys went to DEPsi place at Campus Lodge after that to play some drinking games and then play basketball. Spent the night at CT's that night
Saturday we woke up early then went to Cushing. The weather was cloudy and we were doubting we could jump. The morning was cold as some of us were playing Scrabble, Taboo, Catchphrase and other stuff like hacky sack. We ate at KFC for lunch and then waited at the place. I later found out I would be the first Iota to jump and that I would be jumping with someone I didn't know, instead with my brothers. I was a little nervous but I received a lot of support. I really enjoyed the cheering and all the attention. I got to know the girl I was jumping with and it was real cool. So I would be the first Iota to fully crossover and I was the first at Tama, also.
So we got on the plane and it was alright. We were moving and it became shaky. I wasn't really nervous anymore. I was getting comfortable with the guy in there and the girl i was jumping with. I barely noticed that we lifted off. Everything was easy until the door was o;en. The wind was really strong. I stuck out my legs and put my left foot on the step and then my right foot. I made sure he had my pilot chute. I grabbed on the wing and climbed to the other end. I didn't notice much but I knew i held on pretty tight and that i was looking into the guy's eyes. He let me know that I could let go and then I did. The free fall part was pretty cool. It's that falling feeling that you probably won't have anywhere else doing anything else. The parachute came out and I was relieved. I just relaxed and looked at the view. I followed the easy instructions and landed. I didnt flare it right so i bounced on my feet and then fell.
Later that day i just watched everyone jump. Everyone did well.. glad everyone is safe. We finally jumped guys! Thanks to everyone that came out and supported us!
